From Sulcis to Ogliastra, from Barbagia up to the Riviera del Corallo, there are plenty of choices of areas from where to take off, being guided by the winds and admiring the magnificent views. It is thanks to the winds that come from the sea, that Sardinia offers a series of opportunities in different sports for which this element is fundamental.

Hiking in Sardinia means to immerse yourself completely in the scents, the sounds and the beauty of wild nature. There are simple routes that suit all age groups, and more adventurous and challenging paths that need good planning and hiking maps, being very careful to follow the information on the road markings located along the route.
