Hang-gliding and paragliding

From Sulcis to Ogliastra, from Barbagia up to the Riviera del Corallo, there are plenty of choices of areas from where to take off, being guided by the winds and admiring the magnificent views. It is thanks to the winds that come from the sea, that Sardinia offers a series of opportunities in different sports for which this element is fundamental.
Hang gliding and paragliding can then be practiced throughout the year in dynamic coastal flights, although the best time for spectacular sightseeing flights is from March to early November.
This discipline can be carried out easily thanks to the many flying schools and the specialized companies that offer services and guides.
